The spa facilities are super and the swimming pool is amazing. The massages are also highly recommended and not expensive. Even though the indoor pool and spa were closed due to coronavirus restrictions, the available outdoor spa center is excellent with a sauna and steam bath. The staff at the spa are professionals and very helpful. Guests who were able to use the spa and have a massage raved about the experience. In addition to the spa facilities, the hotel also provides bathrobes, slippers, towels, toothbrushes, shaving cream, shampoo, shower gels and other accessories for guests to use. The only downside is that some guests were disappointed to find out that the spa was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions without prior notice. Nonetheless, the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for those looking to pamper themselves with a relaxing spa experience during their stay.
