Many guests praised the convenience of being able to go on excursions directly from the hotel, making it an ideal meeting point. The location is also ideal for those who enjoy exploring the city on foot with the option to find a delicious breakfast for a reasonable price close by. Overall, Torarica Resort's central location in the city center and its proximity to so many facilities make it a popular choice for visitors to Suriname.

Most guests had a superb stay and said they would definitely return, especially for the pool. If you're a business traveler looking for centrally located group accommodations in Paramaribo, Torarica Resort is a great option. While there were some exterior works going on during our visit, the length of service provided more than made up for it. Despite negative guest feedback around noise from the ongoing works impacting their stay, we found the hotel to be of high quality and delivered the expected level of service. On the negative side, the hotel only offers non-refundable room options which don't cater to the flexibility required by some business travellers. The breakfast is also overpriced and not that good, especially as some rooms don't have access to daylight. Airport transport is inflexible, as there is little to no option besides private transport or a long wait of over 5 hours. Finally, check-in can be lengthy, so make sure to plan accordingly.

Outdoor Pool

The Torarica Resort boasts a beautiful terrace, large pool and stunning riverside garden that guests absolutely love. The pool is equipped with all necessary amenities and provides a great spot to relax and socialize. Some guests even admitted to returning just for the pool!
