Its location is convenient for travelers needing swift access to the cruise terminal and local shopping centers, though it may fall short for those seeking close proximity to the beach. However, easy access to public transport and short Uber rides to key areas add to its convenience.
The breakfast service at the hotel, while considered simple and fresh by many, receives mixed feedback. Guests appreciated the juice, fruits and jams and found it generally tasty. However, a lack of variety and occasional issues with cleanliness detracted from the experience for some. Nonetheless, breakfast is complimentary and additional affordable menu options are available.
Rooms at Carícia Hotel are spacious and comfortable with very good beds and whirlpool bathtubs in some rooms standing out as highlights. While cleanliness is generally commendable, issues such as a persistent cigarette smell and dated, noisy air conditioning units were noted. The absence of minibars and basic amenities like soap was also mentioned. Efforts in upgrading decor and amenities could enhance guest satisfaction.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel is highly praised with rooms, bed linens and towels consistently noted as clean and fresh. Despite occasional comments about lingering cigarette smells, the overall hygiene standards are well-maintained.
The staff at Carícia Hotel are recognized for their polite and helpful service, contributing positively to the guest experience. Receptionists in particular received praise for their kindness and attentiveness, though isolated comments about poor service were mentioned.

Studio Motel (Adult Only) offers a varied experience influenced by the specific needs and priorities of its guests.
Its location, while conveniently close to the city center and offering private parking, has garnered mixed reactions. The proximity to urban attractions and seclusion appeals to some, but concerns about safety in the surrounding neighborhood, noise from ongoing constructions and a distance from the beach are notable drawbacks.
The breakfast service at the motel receives generally favorable feedback with many guests enjoying its variety and quality. However, there are inconsistencies with stale items, insufficient quantities and hygiene issues that need addressing to ensure a uniformly positive dining experience.
Rooms at the Studio Motel are spacious and comfortable for some guests, particularly those with jacuzzis and diverse lighting options. Yet, significant upkeep is needed as outdated facilities, small bathrooms and the presence of mold and structural issues detract from the overall experience. The foundational comfort is appreciated, but renovations and better maintenance are crucial.
Cleanliness at the motel is another area of concern with some guests noting satisfactory hygiene levels. Yet, numerous reviews point out problems like dirty mirrors, mold and generally unpleasant odors, indicating the need for substantial improvements.
The staff receives high praise for their helpfulness and prompt service, contributing positively to guest experiences despite occasional areas needing improvement, such as front desk efficiency.
Finally, bed comfort at the motel shows a mix of experiences; while some guests find the beds and pillows comfortable, others report discomfort due to hard mattresses and pillows, coupled with cleanliness issues.
Overall, Studio Motel (Adult Only) offers potential with value for money but requires significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness and addressing location safety concerns to enhance the guest experience.
