The Crowne Plaza Vienna by IHG hotel is a great choice for those looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The spa center is decent and has a small but nice sauna and fitness room. The rooftop sauna is a highlight, offering a great view of the city. Some guests have mentioned issues with towels and bathrobes, but overall the wellness facilities are good with a circuito spa and great sauna. The hotel also has a super "Wellness" Bereich with a nice relaxation area, saunas and a Turkish bath included in the price. The spa area is modern and appealing with a sauna on the upper floor and a spa with a massage area. However, some guests felt misled that there was no pool. There have also been some complaints about slippery sauna slippers and some guests felt uncomfortable with nudity in the Turkish bath and sauna area. Nevertheless, the wellness area is a wonderful oasis perfect for relaxing and some guests would love to book spa services in advance. Overall, this is a hotel worth recommending to others due to its good breakfast, small but well-equipped spa center and rooftop sauna overlooking the city.
