Hotel Edelweiss offers a spa experience that has generally been well-received by guests with numerous positive remarks highlighting its exclusivity and tranquility. Described as fantastic and amazing, the spa provides a much-needed escape with its private and exclusive ambiance. Several reviewers appreciated the new and beautifully designed facilities, noting that they brought a lot of relaxation and were excellent overall.
Visitors often remarked on the spa’s soothing rest areas, heated pool and the relaxing atmosphere it cultivated. Additionally, the spa services were praised with many finding them to be excellent and highly relaxing. The availability of bathrobes instead of towels was also a positive detail noted by guests.
However, there are some criticisms. Access to the spa requires an additional fee of €25 per person, which some visitors felt was a bit pricey, especially for the one-hour duration it offered. Certain amenities like the Jacuzzi and some showers were described as less comfortable and there were instances where parts of the spa were under renovation or unavailable, leaving some guests disappointed. There were also mentions of basic facilities and the lack of WiFi on the third floor as areas for improvement.
Despite a few drawbacks, Hotel Edelweiss’s spa remains a popular choice for its exclusive, serene environment and well-maintained facilities.
