The Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-City Avenue is a great choice for travelers looking for a convenient location. With its close proximity to the Mann Center, downtown, restaurants and stores, guests are able to easily access all the best that Philadelphia has to offer. The hotel also boasts comfortable rooms with stunning views of the city and nearby lake. Many guests appreciated the hotel's location near local colleges and highways, as well as its convenience to City Ave and various dining options. Overall, it's a great place to stay whether you're visiting from far away or just looking for a staycation close to home.

Breakfast

The reception team is awesome with most being very friendly and helpful and the front desk manager being amazing. They even went out of their way to remember guests' names and needs, which was extremely hospitable. The texting from the front desk allowed communication and anything guests needed for their room was delivered promptly. Although breakfast was provided, those who didn't indulge could smell the good food in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff is very professional and courteous. Although towels and bedding were a bit of a challenge to ask for, guests were generally pleased with the spacious and beautiful rooms. Tony, the hotel’s manager, ensured that guests had a great stay and accommodated them whenever possible. While the cleanliness of the rooms was not always consistent, the staff was above and beyond and very pleasant. The only negative review about the staff mentioned an unhelpful front desk employee. However, this was an exception to the overall great experience with the hotel's staff.
