The location of the hotel is easily connected to downtown with the light rail being just a few steps away from the tram stop next to the hotel.

The hotel's location is quiet, yet close to everything in downtown Phoenix. Guests have access to a variety of good restaurants close by with an IHOP right across the street. Additionally, the hotel is just two blocks away from training places, making it an ideal location for business travelers.
