Studio Lodge Our 4 star studio self catering lodge offers compact open plan living with patio doors leading out onto private decking with seating area and your own hot tub. The main room in this is also a bedroom . This Studio sleeps 2 people in a double bed and is a single room containing sleeping dining, sitting and cooking areas. The kitchen has an oven, hob, sink, fridge freezer and microwave.

Three-Bedroom Lodge (6 Adults) The open plan living area has a vaulted ceiling and oak flooring. The living area has a leather corner sofa , a 40″ smart tv and a 6 seater oak dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, hob ,microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. The large patio doors lead out onto private decking with a hot tub and seating where you can relax and watch the abundance of wildlife .The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room. There is a second twin bedroom and a small twin sharing a family bathroom. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome (charge of £10 per dog per stay)

One-Bedroom Chalet 4* Woodsman 1 hot tub lodge – 1 bedroom sleeps 2. The compact open plan kitchen living dining area has a vaulted ceiling and oak flooring. Their is a sofa , a 32″ smart tv and a 2 seater dining table. The kitchen includes an oven, domino hob microwave and a fridge freezer .The decking has your own private hot tub where you can relax and watch the abundance of wildlife. The en suite bedroom has a oak furniture and a double bed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher The patio doors lead out onto decking with a table and chairs .The master bedroom has a double bed and oak furniture, there is a twin bedroom and both share a family shower room. This lodge does not have a hot tub.

Chalet The modern open plan living area has a vaulted ceiling and oak flooring. The living area has a leather suite , a 55″ smart tv and a 4 seater oak dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The patio doors lead out onto private decking with your own hot tub where you can relax and watch the abundance of wildlife on our very own pond. The master bedroom has a double bed and there is a small twin bedroom both sharing a family bathroom. There is a separate additional wc and washbasin. Beds are made up for your arrival with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest. (You may like to bring extra towels for hot tub lodges) A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome (charge of £10 per dog per stay)

Studio with Balcony Our studio self catering lodge offers compact open plan living with patio doors leading out onto private decking with seating area and your own hot tub. The main room in this is also the bedroom. This studio lodge sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. It has a main room consisting of a double bed ,sofa ,small table and chairs . There is a separate bedroom with twin beds. This unit only has a kitchenette consisting of a sink microwave and fridge. There is no oven or hob in this Studio lodge. This lodge is not large enough to fit a family of 5. Pets are accepted in this one room.

Two-Bedroom Lodge with Hot Tub 4 * Paddock gold hot tub lodge – 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 The modern open plan living area has a vaulted ceiling and oak flooring. The living area has a leather suite , a 55″ smart tv and an oak dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a centre island .The patio doors lead out onto private decking with your own hot tub where you can relax and look out at the alpaca and the orchard beyond. Mobile Home Our waterside bronze lodges are our oldest and most basic ,accommodation. If they were quality rated they would achieve a 2 star rating. They are not of an equivalent standard to our other lodges and the interiors are now dated but are priced accordingly. The open plan living area has a leather sofa, a 32″ tv and a small 4 seat dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven , hob, microwave and under counter fridge with freezer compartment .The patio doors lead out onto private decking with your own hot tub where you can relax and watch the abundance of wildlife on our very own pond. The master bedroom has a double bed and there is a twin bedroom both sharing a family shower room.

The modern interior has been designed to provide comfortable holiday accommodation.. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave fridge and freezer . The master bedroom has a double bed plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table. The small second bedroom has a single bed and a single wardrobe. There is a compact shower room serving these. Sorry no dogs in this lodge.
