Summary of reviews related to the 'Spa' category
Summarized by AI
The Novotel Goa Resort & Spa in Candolim receives mixed reviews regarding its spa facilities. On a positive note, many guests highlight the spa as a great and superb place to unwind, noting the wonderful treatments and good overall experience. Some found the spa to be a significant highlight of their stay, praising the friendly and attentive staff. However, feedback indicates certain areas for improvement. Guests mentioned that the spa could be more well-maintained with issues related to cleanliness and overall facility upkeep. The absence of amenities like a sauna or steam room, coupled with reports of a loud environment, detracted from the relaxation experience for some visitors. Moreover, spa packages were frequently noted as being expensive, which may not appeal to budget-conscious travelers. Overall, while the spa offers pleasant treatments and helpful staff, enhancements in maintenance and amenities could elevate the guest experience significantly.
