The indoor pool at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Clarksville, TN, is a topic of varied opinions among guests. While its presence is appreciated, with some enjoying its warmth during colder weather, the experience is marred by several consistent concerns. Notably, guests often find the pool to be colder than expected, despite claims that it is heated. Additionally, there are times when the pool is unusable due to closures, which seem to occur for maintenance purposes. The lack of available towels has also been a frequent issue, somewhat limiting the enjoyment of this amenity.
Despite the pool's small size, some guests have noted its pleasant experience for younger visitors. However, cleanliness appears to be inconsistent, with some reviews suggesting it is well-kept while others express dissatisfaction with its hygiene and ventilation. Booking time slots for pool access reflects an attempt by the hotel to manage usage effectively.
Overall, while some enjoy the pool under certain conditions, improvements in heating, cleanliness, towel availability, and consistent access could enhance guest satisfaction.
