Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Tangalooma Island Resort offers a delightful poolside experience that many guests appreciate. The pools are consistently praised for their cleanliness, contributing to a pleasant swimming environment. Visitors frequently express enjoyment of the pools, noting that rooms with poolside access provide convenience, especially for families who can easily switch between poolside relaxation and beach activities like swimming and snorkeling.
While the pools receive positive remarks, there are some recurring challenges. The resort's heated pool being under renovation left guests with a colder pool option, which was not ideal, especially for those preferring warmer waters. Occasionally, the pool facilities appear worn out and insufficient for the number of guests, influencing the overall satisfaction during crowded periods, particularly when cruise ship visitors are present.
Additionally, the lack of adequate poolside seating and shade has been noted as areas for improvement. Despite these issues, the picturesque beach, meticulous garden maintenance, and diverse activities available at the resort contribute positively to the overall guest experience. The integration of unique features such as dolphin feeding, included in the stay, further enhances the resort's appeal.
