The staff are great and provide great service with the bell hops and vale' parking guys being particularly nice. The beds are comfortable and the gorgeous rooms are well located. The pool grill server Kevin is also very sweet. Although the internet in some rooms might not work, the maintenance man quickly comes to reset it. The bathroom is beautiful and the view of the ocean is spectacular. However, the front lobby staff could use more customer service training, as some guests have had poor experiences with them. Despite this, The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach is an overall fantastic choice for anyone looking for a four-star hotel with a perfect beach location.
