Guests can enjoy multiple heated pools, including a children's pool. While some guests experienced issues with the air conditioning in their rooms or were disappointed that some areas of the resort were closed, the front desk was quick to resolve any problems. Some guests noted that the pool area could use more attention from the staff, but appreciated the colorful waterfall and the ability to walk out to the pool from their room. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle service to the cabana beach club which was a hit with guests. Despite some minor issues, guests generally found the pools to be nice and enjoyable during their stay. Due to COVID-19, some facilities were closed, but the pool was still available to guests.
