K 357 - Personal, Monteurzimmervermittlung und Vermietung Lübeck offers a charming and strategically located retreat nestled between Lübeck and the Baltic Sea. Guests favor its proximity to key destinations such as Timmendorfer Strand, Travemünde and Lübeck's Old Town, as well as its peaceful setting surrounded by natural beauty. Travelers appreciate the scenic views and quiet ambiance, ideal for relaxation and nature exploration and laud the easy access to major transportation routes and amenities.
Guests generally have positive experiences with the breakfast, finding it delicious and abundant with a wide variety of options. Although some considered it overpriced and lacking in a few varieties, the majority find the breakfast offerings satisfactory and a significant aspect of their stay.
The rooms are spacious, often equipped with balconies offering beautiful views and are appreciated for their functionality and practicality with some featuring fridges and TVs. However, the condition of the rooms varies with mixed reviews on cleanliness and maintenance. While many highlight clean and comfortable accommodations, others point out issues with outdated furniture, musty smells and inconsistent cleanliness, particularly in communal areas.
Cleanliness is an area of concern for some with positive feedback on fresh beds and linens contrasting with reports of unclean kitchens and bathrooms, mold, cobwebs and neglected communal areas. Despite these issues, positive aspects include the safety and security of the monitored outdoor areas.
The staff earns praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to the stay. Guests appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the staff’s dedication, although there are occasional language barriers and times when staff presence is limited.
Parking is a significant strength of the hotel with guests consistently praising the abundance, accessibility and security of the parking facilities, enhancing the convenience of their stay.
Opinions on the beds are mixed with many finding them comfortable and clean, while others experience discomfort due to saggy or hard mattresses, thin pillows and worn-out furnishings. The beds generally meet expectations for short stays despite these occasional issues.
While the hotel does not cater to luxury seekers, it provides an affordable, no-frills option with clean rooms and basic furnishings. Its dog-friendly policies and facilities, including no additional cost for pets and spacious rooms with private terraces, make it a preferred choice for travelers with dogs.
Overall, K 357 - Personal, Monteurzimmervermittlung und Vermietung Lübeck offers excellent value for travelers prioritizing cost, convenience and a serene location, albeit with a need for improvements in cleanliness and upkeep to enhance the guest experience fully.
