The pool and hot tub at Quality Inn Bend North receive mixed feedback from guests. While many appreciate the friendly staff and cleanliness of the facilities, there are some concerns regarding maintenance and availability. The pool area, though clean, has been described as occasionally cloudy, with certain guests noting that the pool floor appears to have missing pieces and that the hot tub jets are not strong enough. Guests enjoy the hot tub, particularly as a way to warm up after experiencing a slightly cold pool. Children seem to relish their morning swim, although some guests express a desire for extended pool hours. There have been instances when the pool was closed for maintenance or painting, which was disappointing for guests eager to use the facilities. Despite these issues, the pool and spa are valued by visitors looking for relaxation and fun during their stay.
