Maresia Parque Hotel - Opção Pensão Completa offers a charming pool area that draws mixed reviews from guests. Visitors frequently highlight the pool's aesthetic appeal, describing it as beautiful and very nice, which adds to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Cleanliness seems inconsistent, with some guests appreciating a clean main pool and others reporting murky or cloudy water during their stay. The pool's shallow depth is a common point of concern, with remarks suggesting a deeper pool would better accommodate all guests' preferences.
Despite some criticisms, the pool area is appreciated for its attractive scenery and design, offering guests a delightful view. Many guests find the space generally nice and conducive to relaxation, enhanced by accommodating hotel services and good breakfasts. However, music played late and the crowded conditions sometimes detract from the tranquility one might expect.
A notable feature of the pool area is the adjacent bar, which is liked by visitors, although service issues at the pool bar were noted. The hotel provides speakers for guests by the pool, boosting the recreational aspect. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, such as water quality and service around the pool area, many find it a beautiful setting for their stay.
