Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Real Plaza Aguascalientes enjoys a prime location in the heart of the city, attracting consistent praise for its convenient proximity to historic attractions, restaurants, bars and the San Marcos fair. The hotel's spacious facilities include ample parking and three elevators, which enhance accessibility even during peak times. Guests consistently commend the clean environment and comfortable rooms, describing their stays as both practical and pleasant.
The hotel’s breakfast service receives high marks for its variety and good taste, further enriched by the excellent service provided by the staff. Despite some discrepancies in cost and occasional limitations in the breakfast selection, the overall breakfast experience is generally well-regarded.
Guests frequently highlight the spacious, comfortable rooms and the hotel’s impeccable cleanliness standards. The friendly, professional staff create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel well-cared for. The availability of hot water at any time and the excellent price-to-benefit ratio further add to the hotel's appeal, making it a highly recommendable lodging choice.
Cleanliness is a noted strength of Hotel Real Plaza with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities, including the pool. Although minor issues like unvacuumed carpets are noted, the hotel’s high standards of hygiene are evident, contributing to a sense of confidence and safety among guests.
The staff's friendliness, attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction stand out, contributing to an overall positive impression. Special commendations go to the restaurant staff, receptionists and a particularly attentive bellboy. Even with some minor remarks about the need for further training, the staff’s competence and commitment to guest well-being are clear.
The pool, located on the 11th floor, offers stunning city views and a refreshing, heated retreat, particularly on weekends. While the restricted operating hours and policy against outside food and drinks are points of contention, the cleanliness and quality of the pool are appreciated.
The hotel’s spacious and secure parking, complete with 24-hour surveillance, adds to the convenience, although the absence of an elevator and the presence of high stairs are noted challenges.
Lastly, the hotel features very comfortable beds, crucial for a restful stay. While some guests experienced issues with uncomfortable pillows and occasional dissatisfaction with mattress quality, the overall bed comfort is still praised.
In summary, Hotel Real Plaza Aguascalientes offers a combination of prime location, excellent service, cleanliness and comfort, making it a dependable choice for travelers seeking a pleasant stay in Aguascalientes.
