The hotel has a nudist area, but some guests have seen topless sunbathers in the upper pool area. The hotel's location is great for beach lovers, as there is a clean and calm beach just a short walk away. However, smoking is permitted in common areas, which can be bothersome for non-smokers. Despite some minor issues, the overall pool experience is fantastic with many guests calling it amazing, fabulous and extraordinary.

The outdoor pool and hot tubs are immaculate and spacious and the pool menu offers amazing value for money. Some rooms have a private pool, albeit shared between 35 rooms, while others on the ground floor have direct access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Guests particularly enjoy happy hour by the pool twice a day. While the pool area gets no sun until around 1 PM, the rooftop terrace with a small hot tub remedies this. The pool and breakfast are both rated as 'formidable' and guests especially appreciate the availability of sun loungers and jacuzzis in both communal areas. The rooftop jacuzzi is particularly recommended, as is the pool located right outside some of the apartments.
