The pool experience at Apartamentos Monteparaiso is a mixed bag, with some guests noting positive aspects, while others point out significant issues. On the brighter side, visitors appreciate the peacefulness of the pool area, where they often find it practically empty, allowing for relaxation in solitude. The pool is also described as large, providing ample space for swimming and enjoyment, complemented by stunning views that enhance the overall ambiance. Furthermore, some guests have praised the friendliness of the lifeguards and staff around the pool area, contributing to a welcoming environment.
However, numerous reviews highlight concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Reports of dirty water, moldy edges, and the presence of dead insects have marred the experience for many. Some guests found the pool to be ice-cold during winter due to a lack of heating, and there have been instances where the pool was out of order or closed for several days. The neglect in maintenance, such as peeling paint and furniture left in the pool, adds to the dissatisfaction.
In summary, while the pool at Apartamentos Monteparaiso has potential with its tranquility and size, frequent issues with cleanliness and maintenance overshadow the positive experience for many guests.
