The pool experience at Ura Hotels Nido del Águila presents a mixed bag for its guests. On the positive side, the hotel boasts two pools, both of which offer ample sun loungers for relaxation. Guests appreciated the pool temperature, finding it excellent for a swim. However, various criticisms dominate the feedback. Many guests noted that the pools, though initially seeming larger in promotional photos, are actually quite small. Cleanliness is a significant concern, with several reviews describing the water as dirty, stagnant, or giving off a bad odor. There are mentions of bugs, flies, and even stones affecting the experience, while some noted that the children's pool had a broken floor. Additionally, the supposed heating of the pool was found lacking. Despite the efforts of the pool staff to maintain order, the overall upkeep and condition of the pool areas appear to fall short of guest expectations. Families should also be aware of the lively atmosphere, sometimes disrupted by noisy children, which may not be to everyone's taste.

The pool area at Apartamentos LIVVO Puerto Bello has generated a range of opinions from guests. While some appreciate its cleanliness and the general upkeep, many have pointed out the pool's small size relative to the number of guests. Loungers and umbrellas are in short supply, making it challenging to find a spot to relax during peak times. Despite these limitations, the pool is seen as a pleasant place to cool off with families and children enjoying their time there, even though the water can sometimes be chilly. The service at the pool bar and café has been highlighted as exceptional, enhancing the overall experience for visitors. However, many guests have noted issues with cleanliness, including debris like hair and bugs and an appearance of neglect. The layout around the pool, particularly the spacing of loungers, has also been criticized. For those seeking a quieter or more spacious environment, the densely packed area can be off-putting, especially during busier periods. Overall, while the pool serves as a functional and enjoyable amenity for many, improvements in space management and cleanliness could significantly enhance the experience.
