The pool area at Apartamentos Spa Casco Histórico de Isla receives mixed reviews from guests. Many appreciate its presence and find it a great feature, describing it as cool and very good, particularly for gray days in Cantabria. The combination of the pool and spa is seen as a positive addition, providing relaxation options beyond the beach. However, some guests note that the pool is smaller than expected and can feel cramped, especially when there are more people, including noisy kids.
The indoor pool, although described as beneficial, shows signs of wear and tear. Guests mention issues like the pool floor being worn, pieces of paint floating and vinyl covering coming off. The spa, similarly, appears in need of renovation, suffering from discoloration and restricted hours that can make it less accessible. Despite these points, the facilities overall are praised for their good condition and excellent views, reinforcing the pool and spa's value to the hotel's appeal.
