You enter the villas and are immediately immersed in luxury, with the contemporary white backdrops, high ceilings and natural light easing the senses with even your first glance.

Each Signature villa is equipped with a full kitchen, ideal for a relaxing evening at home with family or friends or to have one of our professional chefs come in and prepare your meals for you each day. There are two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms in each villa, with a master suite with a king size bed and the second guest bedroom with two single beds. The open air kitchen dining and living areas all lead out to a spacious plantation style terrace which is the ideal spot to breathe in the ocean air and watch the vibrancy of the plaza at Marina Pez Vela below.

The Design Villa is the only customized 2 bedroom villa in all of Marina Pez Vela. This unique, corner residence was totally redesigned and custom furnished to create a unique space for discerning travelers looking for the best in luxury, finishes, style and decor. This two bedroom villa offers an open floorpan with the kitchen, living and dining area all sharing a beautiful space which looks out onto the Marina Plaza, slips and Pacific Ocean beyond the marina’s breakwaters.

There are two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms and this is the ONLY 2 bedroom villa in the project with King Size beds in each of the bedrooms. This is an ideal space for couples, mature families or individuals traveling together who each want the feel of their own master along with the shared spaces that only a private villa can provide. Three bedroom villas: Deluxe and Panoramic

The one of a kind Deluxe Villa at Marina Pez Vela is our largest and most luxurious option for guests looking to experience the best of the best. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom expansive residence offers up more than 2500 square feet of luxury and is ideal for families or groups who want to have privacy, convenience and space to share and create their own memories in the comfort of their villa. Like with all of the villas here at MPV, the decor and interior design is contemporary but comfortable and has been conceptualized to provide luxury with a sense of home.

This spacious villa has a large and fully equipped cooks kitchen which spills into the open floor plan and the dining and enormous living space. Floor to ceiling glass windows and doors bathe the space in warm natural light and it is a perfect spot to hang with friends, family and either cook or have one of our chefs come in and prepare a gourmet meal of the days catch. The thee bedrooms, two equipped with King or Queen beds and the third with two single beds allows for great flexibility with capacity for up to 8 guests. The Villa has some views to the Ocean and Marina as well, with most of the common areas and balconies overlooking the vibrancy of the Marina Pez Vela Plaza.

The Panoramic Villa is an incredibly unique three bedroom villa which offers the most direct and unobstructed ocean views in the entire project of Marina Pez Vela. This Villa has been designed to allow for maximum comfort for all of its guests with a total of 5 luxury Queen and king sizes beds. The Panoramic villa, like all of the villas at Marina Pez Vela has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area which all spill onto a spacious terrace that looks out directly over the docks and Pacific Ocean.

This particular villa has a master suite with a king size bed and on suite full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have been designed to be oversized and each have two queen size beds which make it ideal for groups of anglers or families who have adults who want their own beds. This villa can easily sleep 8 adults and is incredibly popular due to its corner location and its unobstructed views to the ocean, docks and mountains.
