Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Razvršje Co receives predominantly positive reviews, particularly for its prime location, hospitality and cozy atmosphere. Situated near the forest and the entrance of Durmitor National Park, the hotel is lauded for its proximity to natural attractions like the Black Lake and the convenience of being close to the town of Žabljak. This location not only provides a tranquil retreat with stunning panoramic views of the mountains and surrounding greenery but is also an ideal base for outdoor activities such as hiking.
Guests appreciate the charming and rustic ambiance of the wooden chalets and bungalows, which are generally well-maintained and clean, featuring comfortable beds and cozy interiors. Despite occasional criticisms regarding limited space and outdated furnishings in some of the smaller units, the overall ambiance and cleanliness leave a favorable impression. The accommodations cater well to families and offer a relaxing stay, enhanced by the scenic setting.
Cleanliness at Razvršje Co is another strong point with many guests describing the property as spotless and well-maintained. Quick service from the landlord and good value for money contribute to the positive overall sentiment.
The staff at Razvršje Co are frequently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and hospitality. Hosts like Danijela and Savo receive specific accolades for their excellent service and attentiveness. However, there are occasional mentions of unresponsiveness and the need for improved communication and responsibility in some instances.
One area that requires improvement is the Wi-Fi connectivity. Many guests report issues with weak or nonexistent internet service, which can be frustrating for those needing a reliable connection.
Opinions on the beds are mixed with many guests finding them comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep, while others criticize the hardness of the mattresses and the discomfort of the bedding. Nonetheless, the overall traditional and tranquil setting of the hotel makes up for these drawbacks.
In summary, Razvršje Co is a well-located retreat offering a serene and scenic environment with good value for money. While there are areas for improvement, particularly with Wi-Fi and some bedding aspects, the positive reviews regarding its location, cleanliness and staff make it a favored choice for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful getaway.
