Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Premier Inn Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt offers a well-rounded and positive experience for both leisure and business travelers, highlighted by several key aspects.
The hotel's location in the serene borough of Bad Cannstatt is praised for its excellent connectivity. Guests appreciate the proximity to multiple public transportation options like the tram, S-Bahn and U-Bahn, providing easy access to Stuttgart's city center and key attractions such as the Hans Martin Schleyer-Halle, Cannstatter Wasen and the mineral baths and spa park. The peaceful neighborhood, combined with the convenience of on-site parking and nearby wellness activities, makes it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The breakfast at the hotel generally receives positive remarks for its variety, freshness and accommodating options. The buffet is well-stocked and clean, although some guests find it a bit overpriced and suggest improvements in certain areas like cheese selections and replenishment speed.
The dinner service, however, receives mixed reviews. Limited menu options and occasional closures of the restaurant lead guests to seek alternative dining options nearby. Nevertheless, the attentive staff and convenient location near the city center mitigate some of these dining inconveniences.
Guests consistently commend the quality of the rooms, noting their cleanliness, modern amenities and spaciousness. The soundproofing and comfortable beds contribute to a restful stay, although there are minor concerns about room temperature and noise sensitivity.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel is frequently highlighted, maintaining a hygienic and pleasant environment. The friendly and professional staff further enhance the guest experience, providing attentive and courteous service despite occasional instances of being overwhelmed or language barriers.
Free WiFi is available and generally reliable, though some guests report varied performance. While secure browsing is advisable due to unencrypted connections, the internet serves well for most guests' needs.
Parking is convenient with an on-site underground garage, albeit at a daily fee that some find expensive. Nevertheless, the secure and easily accessible parking facilities are appreciated.
The hotel is noted for its family-friendly environment, offering spacious family rooms and amenities suitable for children. Guests attending local events or family breaks find the hotel welcoming and comfortable.
The beds receive high praise for their comfort with options for firm and soft pillows, contributing to a restful stay. There are minor mentions of the beds being too soft or short, but overall, they are considered a highlight of the hotel's facilities.
Accessibility is well-catered for with barrier-free access, elevators and public transport connections just meters from the hotel. These thoughtful design features ensure a comfortable stay for guests with mobility needs.
In summary, Premier Inn Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt is highly recommended for its strategic location, comfortable accommodations and friendly service, making it a great choice for a variety of travelers.
