Sporthotel Ellmau in Tirol boasts a beautiful swimming area with both indoor and outdoor pools - the latter with stunning mountain views. Despite a maximum water temperature of 21 degrees, guests thoroughly enjoyed the pools, though families may want to note that they are not suitable for children. The outdoor pool is surrounded by a lovely sunbathing lawn, although it is located near a road. The pool area is well-maintained, though some guests noted a shortage of sun loungers. Nevertheless, the comfortable loungers and small pavilions make the outdoor area a perfect spot to relax. The wellness area and pool landscape also received high praise with some describing the pool as 'wonderful'. The only downside was the slightly slow service at the pool and bar. Overall, guests found the hotel's pool facilities to be a great advantage over other hotels in the area.
