Hotel Estadio Real in Medellín is generally praised for its outstanding location in a safe and tranquil neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Floresta metro station. This central yet quiet setting grants easy access to restaurants, shopping centers and tourist attractions, making it ideal for both families and couples. Guests appreciate the balance of price and quality with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, attentive staff often highlighted as key strengths.
The breakfast receives mixed feedback; while some find it delicious and well-priced, others point out the lack of variety, small portion sizes and inconvenient serving hours. The breakfast service could benefit from more diverse options and longer hours to enhance guest satisfaction.
Opinions on the rooms vary. Positive reviews commend the cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness of the accommodations with amenities like balconies adding extra value. However, concerns about poor ventilation, outdated furniture and maintenance issues such as broken amenities and noise disturbances are commonly noted.
Cleanliness at the hotel is frequently praised with many guests describing the environment as very clean and comfortable. However, inconsistencies exist with some guests encountering issues like dirty sheets, ants and even cockroaches. Regular and thorough cleaning services seem to be an area needing improvement.
Staff interactions receive varied reviews. Many guests highlight the friendly and helpful nature of the staff, especially the receptionists and housekeeping. Conversely, some guests experience rudeness and unprofessional behavior, particularly from the kitchen staff, indicating a need for better staff training and communication.
The WiFi service is largely criticized for being poor and unreliable, particularly on higher floors. Guests often report difficulties connecting and maintaining a stable internet connection, which can be a significant inconvenience.
Parking is another mixed aspect. While the hotel offers free parking, the limited availability of only two designated spots forces most guests to rely on street parking, which can be inconsistent in terms of security and convenience. Motorcycle parking, however, receives positive remarks for its safety and organization.
Hotel Estadio Real is well-regarded for accommodating families with its safe location and family-friendly environment frequently commended. Despite minor drawbacks, such as limited payment options, the hotel is recommended for family stays due to its overall comfort and convenience.
The beds receive mixed reactions; while some guests find them comfortable, others report issues with firmness, outdated bedding and maintenance problems. This inconsistency suggests that bed quality may vary significantly between rooms.
As a three-star hotel, Hotel Estadio Real offers good value for its price, making it suitable for budget-conscious travelers and short stays. The facilities are generally comfortable, albeit in need of more care and attention in some areas.
For business travelers, the hotel presents a practical and budget-friendly option with spacious desks in the rooms. However, the limited breakfast hours and the need for facility improvements are notable drawbacks.
Overall, Hotel Estadio Real is a good choice for those seeking value for money and a convenient location in Medellín, though some areas of service and maintenance require attention to improve the guest experience.

Lexum by Bernalo Hotels exudes a mixed charm, drawing both admiration and some critiques from its guests. The price-quality ratio is highlighted positively with mentions of reasonable and fair prices, making it good value for money. Despite differing opinions on its star rating, several reviews affirm that the hotel is worth considering. Among its strengths are very good amenities and the spacious, comfortable rooms that guests seem to particularly appreciate. However, one common issue noted is the noise emanating from the bar on the first floor, which may disrupt the otherwise pleasant experience for some visitors. While not universally perceived as a four-star establishment, it still manages to deliver a solid performance with a commendable ten out of ten rating from some reviewers.
