Summarized by AI
SKY PALACE HOTEL - A mais nova unidade da Rede Sky em Gramado - RS's pool is frequently praised among guests for being both heated and clean, making it a popular place for relaxation. Many reviews highlight the pool area as wonderful, enjoyable and great for families with children particularly loving the experience. The pools are noted for their comfortable temperature and consistently warm water, which is a success even on rainy days. Additionally, the indoor heated pool and the thermal elements of the pools add to the overall positive experience.
However, there are consistent mentions of the pool being located outside the main hotel building, which can be inconvenient, especially in colder weather. Some guests suggest the need for a covered access to improve the experience. There are also occasional comments about the pool being small, crowded and having a strong chlorine smell. Privacy around the pool area and the cleanliness of the pool can be points of concern for some visitors with a few noting cloudy or dirty water at times.
Despite these drawbacks, the prevailing opinion is that the pool area is very well maintained, providing a relaxing and enjoyable environment for hotel guests. While enhancements like a handrail, better monitoring and covered access could improve the experience, the pools at SKY PALACE HOTEL - A mais nova unidade da Rede Sky em Gramado - RS remain a well-loved feature among its guests.
