Summarized by AI
Bom Sucesso Resort offers an array of pools that are conveniently located near the accommodations, which is a delightful feature for guests. Many praised the idyllic setting surrounded by lush green spaces, emphasizing how these areas are particularly enjoyable for families and kids. The spaciousness of the pool areas caters well to children, providing them with ample room to play and explore. The main pool is described as large, and several visitors found it to be a good spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
However, there are notable concerns regarding the pool maintenance. Some guests noted issues such as dirty water, swimming frogs, and debris at the bottom of the pools, pointing out that maintenance was lacking. Specific areas, including a children's pool and private pools, were also highlighted for their poor upkeep, which led some guests to clean the pools themselves. Additional reports included broken floorboards around the pool area and cold water temperatures, affecting the overall experience for some visitors. Despite these drawbacks, the resort staff received praise for their pleasant service, providing a welcoming atmosphere even amidst some challenges regarding pool conditions.
