Wi-Fi

At Sunset Residence Rovinj, guests have consistently reported challenges with the Wi-Fi connectivity throughout their stay. Several reviews highlight that the internet service in the rooms was either poor or non-existent, with some visitors experiencing connectivity issues from the start of their visit. Even attempts to resolve these problems, such as providing an extra router, often didn't bring improvements. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was described as being weak, mostly hovering at half strength, and struggling especially during evening hours when usage spiked. Some guests noted discrepancies between the listed network name and the actual network in use, adding to the confusion. Overall, guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the reliability of the Wi-Fi service provided at the residence.

Parking

Sunset Residence Rovinj provides a somewhat mixed experience for guests regarding parking facilities, though there are notable positives. While parking is not available directly at the property, it is well organized off-site, typically around 600 to 700 meters away. Despite the distance, guests appreciate the safety and security of the designated parking area. The hotel efficiently arranges transportation to and from the parking lot, including rides at check-in and check-out, which many guests found to be well-managed and convenient. The property's staff is commended for their communication, offering clear instructions for parking arrangements and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Some guests noted the convenience of the discounted parking rate, although it comes at an additional fee of 10 euros per day, which some felt should be included in the accommodation price. Although the distance might be inconvenient for some, the electric buggies and other organized transfer services help mitigate this issue effectively. Overall, while the off-site parking and added cost could be seen as a drawback, the well-organized system and reliable transportation services provided by the staff make for a generally hassle-free experience.

4 Star

Sunset Residence Rovinj offers an appealing and comfortable stay with several positive attributes. Guests frequently commend the property's excellent location, making it a standout choice for visitors wanting easy access to local attractions. The building itself has a pleasing aesthetic, with new and very clean amenities that contribute to a satisfying experience. The residence boasts high-quality furnishings and finishes, including windows, flooring, and sanitary ware, all of which are appreciated by guests. Rooms come with tidy environments and comfortable beds, enhancing the overall sense of relaxation. Though it has great value in aspects such as cleanliness and location, there are comments suggesting that the price-performance ratio could be improved, and it may not fully align with expectations of a four-star accommodation. Yet, the recommendation from several visitors speaks to the favorable aspects of staying at this residence.

Dog Friendly

Sunset Residence Rovinj offers a welcoming environment for pet owners, allowing guests to bring their dogs along during their stay. While the accommodation is pet-friendly, and dogs are permitted on the premises, guests should be aware of an additional charge of 15 euros per day for each pet. Though this fee is noted by some as excessive, the property's prime location and inviting apartments provide positive aspects that might outweigh the cost for many travelers. The hotel does not offer specific amenities for dogs, but guests can enjoy the convenience of a nearby park for walks. Additionally, some rooms feature spacious balconies, enhancing the experience for those traveling with their pets.
