Although some guests were disappointed to hear that it was temporarily closed for renovation, the hotel staff offered tickets to their 5-star resort as a consolation. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was also a highlight for many guests. While some found the layout of the pool and café area confusing, others simply enjoyed their time in the water, mentioning how much they liked the pool. A few guests did express frustration that the renovations were taking a long time, but hopefully they will be completed soon as summer is approaching. Overall, it seems that guests love the facilities the Lancaster Tamar Hotel- Hadath has to offer, especially the swimming pool.
