Sandwich Inn and Suites enjoys high praise for its exceptional location at the beginning of Cape Cod, making it an ideal spot for exploring the region's attractions. The hotel's peaceful setting, characterized by its idyllic neighborhood and lovely views, offers a tranquil environment that guests find both comfortable and safe. The convenience of nearby shopping, restaurants, the marina and beaches adds to its appeal. Many guests value the central location for its ease of access to both the Upper Cape and Cape Cod. The facility's ample parking, straightforward check-in procedures, spacious and well-equipped rooms and excellent staff contribute to a hassle-free and charming experience.
The breakfast offerings at Sandwich Inn and Suites receive predominantly positive feedback for their variety and quality with options like fresh fruits, French toast, bagels and cereals that exceed typical continental fare. Guests appreciate the early breakfast hours and the convenience of a microwave and refrigerator in the breakfast area. Friendly staff further enhance the morning experience. However, there were occasional lapses in replenishing items and some guests desired more hot dish options.
Guest rooms are highlighted for their cleanliness, comfort and charming cottage-style decor. Amenities such as kitchenettes, private balconies and comfortable beds are often mentioned, contributing to a restful stay. Despite minor issues like slow-draining showers or the need for refreshed areas, the overall sentiment remains positive with guests appreciating the modern updates and tranquil atmosphere.

However, some reports of cleaning oversights, such as lingering dirt, hair and occasional mildew smells, do arise, affecting the overall guest experience.
Staff interactions are generally lauded for professionalism and friendliness, especially at the front desk. Noteworthy mentions include a staff member named Marie, who is praised for her attentiveness. However, some guests encountered unfriendliness or unresponsiveness from the staff, impacting their experience.
