The area is well-maintained and towels are readily available for the guests. The poolside bartenders and restaurant staff offer exceptional service to their guests. However, the only downside observed by a few guests was the unavailability of umbrellas by the second pool. Overall, the pool area and the entire hotel are spotless and welcoming to all visitors.
