The Hôtel Des Trois Couronnes & Spa boasts a spacious 24-meter indoor pool, which is a highlight for many guests who appreciate its size and the opportunity for a comfortable swim. The pool's design caters well to those looking to maintain their fitness routine, complemented by a well-equipped gym. While the pool is a notable asset for the hotel, some visitors have noted a scarcity of poolside seating and towels near the sauna, highlighting areas for potential improvement. The water temperature of both the pool and whirlpool has been remarked as slightly colder than expected. Guests often pair their swimming sessions with a visit to the hotel's fabulous spa, which offers a jacuzzi and sauna, although the pool's limited operating schedule has been a point of contention. The Baron Tavernier Hotel Restaurant & SPA offers a swimming pool that is frequently highlighted by guests as an enjoyable feature of their stay. Many appreciate the pool as a greatly appreciated bonus, particularly valuing the option to privately reserve the pool and spa area for a more personal experience. The limited hours for children in the pool are also seen positively, allowing for a quieter experience for adult guests.
While the pool itself is beloved, some aspects have garnered mixed feedback. Guests have noted that the pool is chargeable, with an extra fee required for access, which does not align with the expectations for a current 4-star establishment. Additionally, the pool is described as somewhat small given the hotel's beautiful stature. Despite these critiques, the proximity to local village amenities provides guests with convenient dining options outside the hotel, enhancing their overall experience.
