Location

Nestled in lush and beautiful surroundings, Sugar Cane Club Hotel & Spa offers the perfect escape for travelers looking for a peaceful and serene getaway. While the location of the hotel may be a little out of the way and quite far from the airport and beach, the hotel provides a shuttle service for beach access, although some guests may find the shuttle not very convenient. Nonetheless, the nice gardens and beautiful surroundings more than make up for it. The staff is well-loved by guests and they praise all aspects of the hotel. The location is beautiful and guests are satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer. However, some previous guests did mention that the spa and drink prices can be a bit steep and that the location is far out from the main areas. Overall, Sugar Cane Club Hotel & Spa is a beautiful location to stay in and unwind with the only downside being its distance from certain areas.

The Sugar Cane Club Hotel & Spa is a great destination for travelers seeking delicious meals and exceptional quality. The hotel offers a varied menu every day, making it an exciting experience for those who like to try new dishes. Vegetarian guests will also be delighted to find a lot of options tailored to their tastes. While the dining experience was excellent, we did encounter some issues with the service at the restaurants. Servers at times would forget orders or get them wrong, causing a delay for the guests. However, the quality and cooking of the food compensated for this inconvenience. The new side dishes added extra flavor and creativity to the typical tedious choice of food. While regular evening buffets were found to be not so satisfactory, the dinners at the restaurant were excellent overall. Although some guests did report missing items or difficulties with the food, for most visitors the food was found to be delicious. Aside from the dining experience, the hotel could use some improvement when it comes to their extra activities. Overall, fantastic dining experience.

Although some guests experienced an issue with their shower, most reviews confirm clean and comfortable rooms that are ideal for a peaceful getaway. Whether you prefer to take in the view from your balcony or explore the gardens, Sugar Cane Club Hotel & Spa offers the perfect rooms to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Even during quarantine restrictions, the staff is accommodating with one guest raving that the chef produced exactly what they requested. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are large, making for a comfortable stay. However, there were some negative reviews about rude staff members, but these were outweighed by the positive comments about the rest of the familiar, all-inclusive staff who couldn't do enough for you. Overall, the Sugar Cane Club Hotel & Spa is a great choice for travelers looking for friendly staff, great food and a relaxing atmosphere.
