Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Entourage sur-le-Lac is a top-rated destination noted for its exceptional location, excellent amenities and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking relaxation and adventure.
The hotel enjoys a stunning location at Lac Beauport, offering breathtaking lake and mountain views while providing easy access to attractions such as Le Relais ski center and Quebec City. Guests can indulge in numerous on-site activities including ice skating, kayaking, mountain biking and hiking. The serene lakeside setting offers a peaceful escape with the perfect blend of nature and urban convenience.
The rooms are frequently praised for their spaciousness, modern design and luxurious comfort. Beautifully decorated with conveniences such as kitchenettes and functional bathrooms, many rooms offer superb lake views, adding to the overall experience. The accommodations are described as clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated, fostering a relaxing and homely atmosphere.
Despite some critiques, dining at the hotel generally receives positive feedback, especially for dinner. The restaurant's atmosphere and food quality are notable, though the limited and sometimes overpriced menu and slow service can be areas of improvement. Breakfast receives mixed reviews, lauded for its delicious à la carte and buffet options but noted for not being included, leading to concerns about cost and value.
Guests consistently commend the hotel's cleanliness with rooms and facilities described as spotless and well-maintained. However, some inconsistencies in cleaning services, such as occasional lapses in daily room cleaning, have been reported.
The staff at Entourage sur-le-Lac stand out for their exceptional service, professionalism and friendliness. Many guests highlight the staff's responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Families find the hotel particularly appealing due to its family-friendly amenities and various activities that keep children engaged. The game room and playroom, along with attentive staff and clean facilities, make for enjoyable family getaways.
While the WiFi service can be inconsistent, the gym receives high marks for its modern, well-equipped facilities. The outdoor pool, although smaller than expected, remains a popular feature, complimented by additional activities such as kayaking and a spacious hot tub.
Entourage sur-le-Lac is highly regarded for its comfortable bedding, especially in the main rooms, though sofa beds receive some criticism. Overall, it offers a high-quality, family-friendly resort experience that lives up to its four-star rating, making it a destination worth visiting for those seeking a blend of natural beauty, excellent amenities and a welcoming environment.
