Alba Hotel receives extensive praise across various aspects, making it a highly recommended choice for many types of travelers.
One of the hotel's strongest assets is its excellent location, situated just a short walk from the beach. Guests enjoy the serene and peaceful environment, away from heavy traffic and noise, which offers a perfect retreat for relaxation. The proximity to essential amenities, including restaurants, shops and a train station, adds to the convenience, making it ideal for both active and relaxing vacations.
The hotel's breakfast offerings are another highlight, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback for their variety and quality. Described as good, excellent and plentiful, the breakfast features a wide and varied selection that is both delicious and generous. The homely atmosphere, particularly when breakfast is served in the café's garden or terrace, further enhances the morning experience.
The rooms at Alba Hotel are well-regarded for their comfort and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the cozy, spacious and tidy accommodations with some rooms featuring kitchenettes and balconies, adding to the convenience and charm. Recent renovations have kept the rooms fresh and additional touches like soft sheets and multiple pillows contribute to overall comfort. Despite minor setbacks, such as the occasional lack of air conditioning or coffee-making facilities, the rooms are generally seen as pleasant and inviting.
Cleanliness is a standout feature of the Alba Hotel, consistently praised by guests who highlight the immaculate condition of the rooms and common areas. Daily cleaning and a well-maintained environment contribute to the hotel's pristine atmosphere.
The staff at Alba Hotel are frequently lauded for their friendliness, kindness and helpfulness. The reception team is particularly noted for their hospitality and ability to communicate in both English and Russian, enhancing the guest experience. The attentive café staff also receive positive mentions, contributing to the overall enjoyable stay.
For families, the hotel offers a welcoming and safe environment. Children can enjoy a variety of activities, including table tennis, badminton, a trampoline and a playground. These amenities, along with close dining options, make the hotel a great choice for families seeking a home-like atmosphere.
Comfortable beds are another asset of the Alba Hotel, described as large, cozy and often fitted with generous pillows. Most guests find the beds to be very comfortable, although a few note the beds can be too firm for their preference.
Pet owners will find Alba Hotel accommodating with good provisions for dogs, including bowls upon check-in and spacious areas for walking. Despite a restriction on dogs at the nearby beach, the hotel's friendly pet policies make it an excellent choice for travelers with animals.
