However, some guests experienced issues with their rooms, such as noisy heating systems, gaps under doors letting in too much light or unpleasant smells. Some rooms were smaller than expected, dark or lacked any view, while others had bad mattresses, faulty air conditioning or were not clean at all. Despite these issues, most guests found the hotel beautiful, comfortable and clean and would definitely stay again in the future.

You'll definitely feel that personal touch here, like being treated like family while you stay.
