Panperduto, nestled within the lush greenery of Ticino Park, offers an idyllic escape with its strategic location just a short drive from Milan Malpensa Airport. The hotel's picturesque setting by the river, accentuated by the historic Panperduto Dam, provides guests with stunning views and a tranquil environment perfect for nature walks and quiet retreats.
The accommodations at Panperduto are clean, spacious and comfortable, blending modern amenities with a rustic charm. Reviews commend the hotel's excellent hygiene standards and well-maintained facilities, particularly highlighting the spacious showers and comfortable bedding. Although some guests noted occasional issues with insects and inconsistent cleaning, these were minor compared to the overall positive feedback on cleanliness and room comfort.
Guests often appreciate the taste and setting of the breakfast offerings, enjoying meals on a peaceful terrace with views of the water. Despite occasional calls for more variety and clearer communication about breakfast service, the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff during breakfast hours are frequently praised.
Dinner options present more of a challenge, as there is no full-service restaurant on-site and the bar closes early. While nearby dining options exist, lack of on-site facilities means guests without a car might struggle. Preparation for meals, including bringing snacks and coordinating delivery options, is recommended.
The staff at Panperduto receive widespread acclaim for their friendliness and helpfulness. Highlighted individual efforts from team members, such as Monica and Tiziano, enhance the overall guest experience with prompt assistance and welcoming attitudes. Despite occasional mentions of staff being difficult to locate, the majority of reviews emphasize their efficiency and hospitality.
While some guests report issues with WiFi connectivity, overall access to free internet is praised. Beds, although generally comfortable and supportive, receive mixed reviews particularly concerning double and sofa beds, though positive comments about the main beds prevail.
Accessibility presents certain challenges at Panperduto due to its remote location and lack of public transportation options. Steep stairs and the absence of an elevator limit accessibility for guests with mobility issues. However, the beautiful surroundings and well-signaled paths contribute to the unique charm of the property, offering a tranquil retreat despite these hurdles.
Overall, Panperduto is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a blend of convenience and serene natural beauty near Milan Malpensa Airport. Its clean accommodations, friendly staff and picturesque setting make it a valued spot for peaceful getaways and nature enthusiasts.
