The pool at Riverside Hotel Southbank has garnered mixed reviews with guests highlighting both positives and areas for improvement. The pool and its surrounding area are noted for being clean and well-maintained, offering an inviting spot to relax. Many guests appreciated the pool's appearance, describing it as nice and even fantastic. The location of the hotel, coupled with the small but delightful outdoor pool, enhanced the overall guest experience.
However, several reviews pointed out discrepancies between the pool's online presentation and its actual state, noting issues such as an out-of-order heater, the need for updates to the pool area and the occasional presence of debris like used beer cans.
