Summarized by AI
The Sonesta Hotel Pereira offers an exceptional pool experience, highlighted by its superb and massive swimming pools. The pool area features beautiful and thoughtfully designed spaces, making it a pleasant and relaxing environment. Guests appreciate the ideal water temperature, especially for children and the variety of pools including a heated one and a separate kids' pool with appropriate water conditions.
Visitors often commend the pool facilities, which include a panoramic restaurant and bar services along with spa and gym amenities. The pools are noted for being very comfortable and the ambiance around the pool is praised for its relaxation factor. The trails and green spaces surrounding the pool area enhance the overall experience, providing beautiful views and inviting paths for exploration.
However, some guests have pointed out issues with cleanliness, specifically mentioning mildew, algae and mold. There were also remarks about the edges of the pool needing better upkeep. Service at the poolside bar has been criticized for being slow and in need of improvement, though the general pool and bar service received positive feedback.
Overall, Sonesta Hotel Pereira's pool areas are renowned for their beauty, excellent facilities and the ability to provide both relaxation and family-friendly environments, despite some noted areas requiring attention.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Sazagua Hotel Boutique offers a relaxing garden area perfect for enjoying breakfast while being surrounded by birdlife. The swimming pool, nestled among beautiful strelitzias, is frequently noted for its pleasant and spacious environment. However, it appears that maintenance could be improved, as guests have mentioned leaves in the pool and a lack of cleanliness in the area. The pool's location receives limited sunlight, which might not appeal to everyone, yet it remains a refreshing spot during a stay. Likewise, the jacuzzi could benefit from more upkeep to enhance the guest experience fully.
