Despite a difficult valet process and a front desk attendant who threatened a guest, the majority of reviews rave about the wonderful front of house staff, including the young man named Rance, who was described as beyond pleasant. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy and the location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the city. Guests could leave their luggage with the staff and return at a later time for check-in.
