Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool at Hotel Copiclub receives mixed feedback from guests. Many reviews highlight the pool as a spacious, well-decorated and pleasant feature of the hotel. Some guests describe it as large and clean, adding that it offers a good environment for relaxation. Additionally, visitors appreciate the pool's inviting aesthetic and the restaurant options available on site, creating a comprehensive leisure experience.
However, there are notable concerns regarding the pool's maintenance and accessibility. Several reviewers mention that the pool is sometimes dirty or has a foamy appearance, suggesting inconsistent upkeep. The restricted hours with availability only until 6 PM and no access on Tuesdays, have also been a point of contention. Some guests feel that the limited usage times diminish their overall experience. Additionally, the synthetic grass mat around the pool area has been described as unhygienic by a few visitors.
While the pool at Hotel Copiclub can be a highlight of the stay when well-maintained, the combination of restrictive hours and occasional cleanliness issues reveals areas for potential improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.
