One Puebla FINSA has garnered largely positive reviews, particularly for its strategic and convenient location. Situated near major routes and key corporate sites like the VW plant, it proves ideal for business travelers and those passing through Puebla. The proximity to the airport and attractions like Valquirico is a significant perk, allowing for quick exits for road trips while simplifying access to various points of interest. The hotel offers an efficient check-in process and well-maintained rooms, complemented by friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel's breakfast, included with the stay, is generally viewed as a tasty and welcome start to the day, featuring items such as chilaquiles, scrambled eggs and refried beans. Coffee available around the clock adds a notable convenience. While some guests feel the breakfast variety could be improved, the overall sentiment is that it provides good value, fitting the cost-effective nature of the hotel.
Room amenities are described as functional and clean, though many note the compact size makes them less suitable for families. The cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to common areas, is frequently praised with guests appreciating the well-maintained and tidy spaces. Comfort, especially of the beds, stands out, despite occasional mentions of rigid mattresses and uncomfortable pillows.
The staff consistently receives high marks for their courteous and attentive service, significantly enhancing the overall experience for guests. Reliable and complimentary WiFi is another positive aspect, catering well to the needs of both business travelers and families on vacation.
Dining options for dinner, however, have mixed reviews. While the food is often found delicious, the repetition in the menu and lack of nearby dining alternatives or an on-site restaurant are noted drawbacks.
Overall, One Puebla FINSA is commended for its affordability, clean and comfortable accommodations and exceptional service, making it a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers and business stops.
