Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Paraiso Escondido consistently impresses its visitors with a blend of charm, comfort, and service excellence. Nestled in a central yet peaceful area of Puerto Escondido, the hotel offers easy access to beaches, transportation, and local amenities while maintaining a serene atmosphere. Guests are charmed by the picturesque views of the sea and bay, as well as the hotel's vintage architecture, which enhances the overall experience.
The rooms at Hotel Paraiso Escondido beautifully combine comfort with aesthetic appeal, featuring elegant stucco decorations and amenities that suit both singles and couples. Guests particularly enjoy the spacious suites with private terraces and kitchenettes, contributing to a self-sufficient stay. Cleanliness is a strong point, with most visitors appreciating the hotel's consistent attention to hygiene, despite a few occasional mishaps.
Visitors frequently commend the hotel's staff for their welcoming and helpful nature, enhancing the sense of hospitality. The team stands out in providing not only excellent service within the hotel but also valuable local insights to enrich the guest experience. While Wi-Fi reliability can be inconsistent, often requiring guests to seek better signals near windows, it generally does not detract from the overall positive experience.
The outdoor pool area emerges as a favorite feature amid a lovely garden, offering tranquility and warmth. Though there are occasional issues with chlorination, the pool remains a cherished space for relaxation, along with the inviting hammocks and ocean views. However, bed comfort receives mixed feedback; while some guests enjoy a restful sleep, others find the mattresses too firm. Nevertheless, the overall environment is seen as comfortable and clean, making for a pleasant stay.
In conclusion, Hotel Paraiso Escondido is celebrated for its strategic location, stunning atmosphere, and a staff that goes the extra mile, making it a top choice for those seeking a relaxing getaway in Puerto Escondido.
