This strategic placement enhances cultural immersion while offering the added convenience of on-site parking for those driving. Guests praise the pousada's warm ambiance and exceptional staff service, contributing to a seamless travel experience complemented by excellent cleanliness and organization.
Breakfast at Pousada dos Sinos is a highlight for many guests, featuring a delightful array of traditional Minas Gerais flavors. With a variety of fresh fruits, made-to-order eggs, and delectable cakes and breads, the breakfast is satisfying and adds a charming touch with an occasional open-air dining experience surrounded by birds. Despite some simplicity, the attentiveness of the staff and quality of the offerings consistently receive positive feedback.
The rooms at Pousada dos Sinos are lauded for their cleanliness and spaciousness, providing a comfortable stay for many, though there are areas for improvement. Some rooms experience issues with natural light, ventilation, and noise from common areas, while minor maintenance concerns, such as outdated furnishings and facilities, persist. Despite these limitations, the attentive and friendly staff are highly praised, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring guests feel valued and well-cared for throughout their stay.
While internet connectivity presents mixed reviews, with some guests noting instability, the charming atmosphere and other amenities tend to overshadow this shortcoming. Additionally, the secure and accessible parking facility, complete with 24-hour service, adds to the convenience of staying at the establishment.
