The heated element of the pool is frequently praised, with its warm water providing a comfortable swimming experience even in colder weather conditions. For children, the pool hosts activities that add an extra layer of enjoyment for families. The overall temperature and condition of the pool and its surrounding areas tend to receive high marks, contributing to a pleasant experience.
However, there are occasional mentions of the pool being on the smaller side, especially when crowded, and some users have pointed out instances where the water appeared dirty. Additionally, a few guests noted the lack of sufficient umbrellas for loungers, which can lead to discomfort on particularly sunny days. Despite isolated impressions of less-than-ideal service from pool waiters, guests generally highlight the convenience of having a bar nearby for refreshments, complementing their experience in this well-maintained area.

The Plaza Camelinas Hotel's pool receives a mix of reviews from guests with both acclaim and criticism. Positively, the pool is consistently described as beautiful, clean and enjoyable, particularly for children who often have a lot of fun. The pool area, inclusive of green spaces, is spacious and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Many guests appreciate the heated pool, praising its warm temperature and suitability for families, particularly on weekends when the heating system is more reliably on. The combination of the pool and the on-site restaurant with a variety of meal options enhances the overall experience.
However, there are notable areas for improvement. Several reviews mention that the pool's water can sometimes be cold and cloudy, detracting from its appeal.
