Summary of reviews related to the 'Dog Friendly' category
Summarized by AI
The 'ibis Budget Ribeirão Preto Vila do Golf Shopping' hotel presents itself as a generally dog-friendly environment with several features tailored for those traveling with pets. Guests appreciated that pets are allowed and noted that their furry companions were well settled and well taken care of. The hotel charges a fee of R$ 30.00 for bringing pets, which is to be expected for this added convenience.
However, some reviews pointed out inconsistencies in the hotel's pet policy. There were mentions of a pet fee waiver that was not honored, causing some frustration among pet owners. Guests are not allowed to leave their pets alone on the premises and there is a pet limit, which could be restrictive for some.
The staff received high marks for their patience and care in handling pets, making the experience more comfortable for both pets and their owners. Overall, while the hotel accommodates pets, some aspects of the pet policy and additional charges may need consideration to ensure a seamless stay for all guests.
