Its proximity to public transport like the optibus adds to the convenience, making it an attractive option for travelers wanting to stay connected while enjoying competitive pricing. Guests often highlight the hotel's cleanliness and 24-hour attentive service, enhancing their overall experience.
The rooms at Hotel Estadía receive mixed reviews. Guests appreciate the spaciousness and general cleanliness with the added perk of being near a park for exercise. However, issues such as a lack of curtains, absence of fans and air conditioning, humidity problems and occasional maintenance concerns have been reported. Noise, especially near the reception and the lack of basic amenities like hot water, have also been noted as drawbacks. Despite these issues, the space and initial cleanliness of the rooms are often praised.
The staff at Hotel Estadía is frequently commended for their kindness and attentiveness. The cleaning personnel and entrance staff often receive specific mentions for their friendliness and professionalism. While most interactions with the staff are positive, ensuring a pleasant stay, there have been isolated incidents of morning staff displaying a less friendly attitude and issues with reservation handling.
When it comes to parking, the feedback is mixed. Guests consistently mention the limited, narrow and challenging parking space, sometimes necessitating alternative arrangements. The garage's cleanliness and noise from the avenue are additional concerns. While the hotel offers parking, it may prove inconvenient for many guests.
Overall, Hotel Estadía presents a compelling option with its prime location, friendly staff and noted cleanliness, although room comfort and parking facilities may require some improvements.
