In terms of rooms, the motel garners praise for comfortable beds and spacious accommodations. Cleanliness is noted by some guests, with well-maintained common areas providing a fresh ambience. The fast check-in process and staff efficiency contribute positively to the overall experience. Efforts to refurbish the interiors, including fresh paint and updated furniture, suggest ongoing improvements.
However, the motel requires attention to detail in room updates and maintenance. Issues such as small trash cans, lack of amenities, and maintenance concerns like broken locks and outdated shower tiles show inconsistencies that need addressing. Some rooms have been reported dirty with stained sheets and moldy caulking, indicating a need for more thorough upkeep.
Cleanliness reviews are mixed but generally positive, with many guests highlighting cleanliness and comfort in their rooms. The quiet environment and staff responsiveness in providing amenities quickly are appreciated. Despite these positives, worn furnishings and bathroom cleanliness issues suggest areas for improvement.
The staff is well-regarded for their accommodating and friendly nature, enhancing the guest experience with welcoming service and local recommendations. Positive interactions with the staff, particularly during check-in, are frequently noted. Nonetheless, occasional dissatisfaction with staff responses highlights the importance of consistent service quality.
Overall, Motel 6-Frackville, PA offers a satisfactory stay with several positive aspects such as strategic location and friendly staff, but improvements in maintenance and room updates could elevate the guest experience further.
