The staff at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is often described as young, friendly and competent with many positive comments about their willingness to help and their exceptional attentiveness. Guests mentioned that the bell staff and valet were great, while some found the front desk staff to be off-putting. Overall, the staff is known to be personable, kind and eager to please. There were some negative comments about the service at the pool and restaurants, but the spa and La Hacienda restaurant received high praise. Despite some hiccups, guests were impressed by the level of courtship from the staff who went above and beyond to keep them informed and make their stay unforgettable.

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess hotel boasts some of the best pools around, making it one of our favorite places to spend a getaway. With easy access to all things pool, including a bar, kids activities, spa and restaurants, it's perfect for a couples retreat or family vacation. The variety of pools, including hot tubs and heated options, means there's something for everyone - the kids loved it! And with lots of options for seating, you can settle in for a relaxing day poolside. The pool grounds were beautiful and we were impressed by the excellent service from the bellhops and valet staff. While the restaurant staff at American Iron weren't great, the La Hacienda restaurant served some of the best food we had on the property. Overall, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess has everything you need for a perfect pool getaway, including outstanding customer service.
